From Day to Night #2
My obsession with teal (discussed here and here) is far from new news on this blog so, as you can guess, when I came across a sheer lacy blouse in the same color at Urban Outfitters I had to have it!
I experimented with a variety of colors layered underneath (neon would be fun once warmer weather comes around) but nothing made the teal pop like classic white.
As much as I loved the delicate feminity of the lace, I wanted to toughen up the look for daytime so I styled it with an unbuttoned, striped oxford that added a casual feel and my “grandpa” shoes are my go to when it comes to comfy flats.

For night, I took the opposite approach and played up the girly factor. I usually never wear pink but this bubble gum shade caught my eye and since I needed a structured blazer, I decided to be adventurous!

Thank you Jennifer!
I saw in your introduction that you have a shoestring budget. Well my compliments. You rove that style doesn’t need to cost much. Well done. Both the outfits.
