DIY Necklace
I recently decided that I was going to start building a jewelry collection beyond the basic studs and few necklaces I have right now. So when I came across this striped dress a few weeks ago, I began scouring the Internet looking for “black & blue” inspiration for a necklace. For girls on a tight budget, a piece of inexpensive jewelry is a great way to make an old ensemble into an outfit that fits right in with the current season.
